After chatting it up on the phone or social media, and we are all good to go, from there, you will receive the contract and invoice via Dubsado to secure your day. Once we receive your payment, a follow-up email will come with your complete onboarding. You will find all the information you need to prep for our web design intensive, including your Notion client portal with our website design + strategy questionnaire, and checklist of all of what you will need for our B.I.P. week. After completing the onboarding, choose from the available dates to schedule your design intensive.

In the week leading to our scheduled design intensive, we will have a 1-hour Zoom Call to make sure we are on the same page in creating the design you dreamt in mind. During our strategy call, we will be going over your questionnaire and inspiration for your website. We will discuss brand concepts to go along with your website (if applicable), and your images + copy submitted for your website. By the end of this call, we will have a clear and concise game plan for our B.I.P. intensive. (SUPER excited!)

I ask that you BE AVAILABLE (via phone or social media, etc) to keep things streamlined, efficient, and progressing smoothly.

Most definitely, yes! This is a team effort, and your effective communication and quick feedback is needed to approve all designs. The quicker you respond, the quicker we can move on to the next steps of the intensive. We ask that during the 5-day intensive, you be available to ensure the project's excellent success. ☺
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS? do you require a deposit?
Of course! Creating or revamping your website present is a large investment. Since there is a short turnaround time for the intensive, I offer a 50/50 payment plan, of which 50% of the package is due at contract signing to secure your spot to work together. If you have a smaller monthly budget and are not able to pay in 2 payments, please inform us and we can discuss other options.
will you be able to do my copywriting?
Sorry darling, designing is my name but writing ain't my game! We all have special talents, and I tend to fall short with my words, so I won't be able to assist with creating your written content. If you have written content that you would like to transfer over to your new site, no problem! If you still want to have the design and you are waiting on your written content, I use dummy text as placeholders for where the content can go. However, I do request that in each of my web design packages, you come with your own copy. I highly recommend reaching out to a website copywriter to help organize (and beautify) your writing.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN BRANDING for the project?
Absolutely! We add branding (fonts, colors, mood board) with each intensive, and if you have your own branding, please share with us all elements of your branding before our project date. Depending on the elements, we can determine if you would be good to go to move forward with what you bring forward, or if you should get an upgrade with a freshly designed site. ❤
WHAT IF I NEED MORE after the intensive?
If we need more time, depending on your needs and timeframe, then we can discuss booking for a half-B.I.P. Day, or at our hourly rate ($80/hr). We will be happy to discuss options during our intensive on what additional add-ons you may have!
WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU DO WEBSITE IN A WEEK?
Currently, we work on any variable platform (based on our design ability for said platform), which includes:
- WordPress via Divi Website Builder
- Showit (our website is planted here)
- Shopify
If there is another website platform not listed yet you would like for us to design your site on, don't be shy; share it with us! We love working with a vast array of platforms.
What's not included in the b.i.p. DESIGN-INTENSIVE package?

needed for your own website and to keep it live;
◦ Your annual domain fee through your preferred domain holder
